If you have any problem with your order, for any reason, simply return the item(s) within 30 days of receipt for a full refund. Return Tips:
1. For your protection, we suggest that you carefully pack the return parcel and return it to us through Canada Post. Simply add the words "Return to Sender" on your package and deposit it at a Canada Post retail outlet or in a street mailbox."
2. Diva Paws Boutique is not liable for any costs associated with the damage or loss of any return shipment during transit.
3. Please allow 10-15 business days for your return to be processed once we have received the merchandise. All returned items will be examined once received and you will be informed by email if your return has qualified you for credit or a replacement.
4. Credit card companies vary in the time they take to reflect a credit to your account or monthly statement. Please allow 1 - 2 billing cycles for the refund to appear on your statement.
Diva Paws Boutique reserves the right to change all return poilicies without further notice. Should there be any disputes on the order, Diva Paws Boutique's decision shall be final.
